Having a child is a very big decision and it is best that a child is always planned for. Although not all parents have the luxury of planning well ahead for their child, it is important that you always make an effort to do so because the truth is, children can be extremely expensive from the day that they are born until they turn eighteen. Planning well ahead for parenthood will allow you to be financially prepared for the baby and also you and your partner will be able to mentally prepare yourselves for the challenges and the major changes that you will have to face with parenthood. Many older people and many parents will present parenthood to you as if it were a bed of roses and their Facebook pictures of their babies will make you think that the entire parenting process is a piece of cake but the truth is, parenting can be extremely stressful, difficult and tiresome. If you are not well prepared for parenthood, it can take you by shock and you may not even be happy with your decision to become a parent which can then lead to marital problems and sadly even divorce.
Major life changes
When you have a baby, those first few months of your life and sometimes even the first few years of your life will be extremely challenging. You will have to give up your entire life for your baby and there will be times that you will go in to extreme depression because you will feel locked up at home with no freedom because of your baby. You will also have to spend shocking amounts of money on your baby from nappies to nursery school that in most cases will be rather unexpected.
Most young parents will not check the prices of nurseries in Dubai before they have a baby and will only check them for the first time when it is time for their beloved baby to go to school and will usually be shocked at the extremely high prices involved.
Sadly many young parents will either end up borrowing money to pay of these expenses or they will have to enroll their child in a school less than the standard that they expected which is extremely sad. It is vital that when you choose to become a parent, you make certain that you have all the money you need to sustain your baby, pay for school and for all other expenses related to your baby for at least the first two years of their life.
